Hotel Inari is situated on the shore of Lake Inari at the heart of Inari village, along the E75 in northern Lapland. Due to its central and convenient location, all places in the village (grocery stores, Siida museum, Lake Inari) are within walking distance, and all long-distance regional buses stop right in front of the hotel.

The hotel underwent a renovation in 2014 as rooms were refurbished, and every room has comfortable bedding, a flat screen TV, shower, and toilet. The hotel now also has Superior rooms which come with their own sauna. Guests can also book self-contained apartments and suites. Apartments come with several bedrooms and well-equipped kitchens to accommodate multiple guests, and suites offer spacious living with private bedrooms and own saunas.

The hotel also has a restaurant which was expanded in 2014 and is well known for it's local Lappish delicacies, such as reindeer, salmon, and white fish from Lake Inari. The restaurant is conveniently located on the ground floor of the hotel and offers great lake views from the windows while dining. There is also a cafe/bar area at the front of the hotel, where guests can enjoy a coffee or drink with friends, as well as daily baked fresh pastries or popular pub snacks.

Lake Inari and the surrounding area offer many opportunities for hiking, fishing, boat trips, and other outdoor recreational activities. There is an in-house booking office where guests can rent a boat for fishing trips in the summer, as well as book reindeer, husky, snowmobile, ice fishing, or northern lights safaris in the winter.

The nearest airport is in Ivalo, which is 50 km south from Inari and the hotel can easily be reached by bus, rental car, or taxi. Customers can book airport transfer at the same time when booking a room. The nearest train station is 350 km away in Rovaniemi and there are frequent bus connections from the station directly to Inari.
